I agree, the size is huge. But:

• Not all offered bridges really have to be installed: Often MicroStation + OpenRoads + OpenBuildings combination is offered, even when only specific one (e.g. OpenRoads) is enough.
• It's good to check the application folder(s) like C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\iTwinSynchronizer\ and C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\imodelbridges\ for possible relics. My experience is that it's fine now, but in the past, often installation packaged were not removed when the installation was finished.
• The real size is smaller, e.g. MicroStation bridge is "only" 1.64 GB, which is substantially less than MicroStation itself.

The Synchronizer and bridges are based on different technology (Chromium based JavaScript with native dll integrated), and not based on standard product, so they are installed in parallel.

Do you mean duplicated model in DGN file?

In Synchronizer menu, there is Save logs option. It collects application logs (there are several different) and zips it to one file, that can be shared easily.
