AECOM has inquired about a feature that alerts them before their token expires. Do you know when it is available for all?
Referring to this Wiki: https://communities.bentley.com/products/digital-twin-cloud-services/itwin-services/w/synchronization-wiki/51355/transfer-the-ownership#token
The offline token stored with our system is valid for 30 days, after 20 days of token being generated we force user silently to refresh the token.
Even after 20 days, user fails to refresh the token (reason behind is, user might not be frequent visitor to our portal), then we send out email notification before 5 days of token expiry and at the end, we send out notification about the token has been expired.
If this is not working for that user, we will need more information about this.
I would like to know how do you force user silently to refresh the token after 20 days?
Whenever user comes to itwin portal, we check if the user has valid token, if the token is going to expire within next 10 days, we show a login window and generate user token.
This is not helpful for a user working only in synchro. As we never visit itwin portal for any purpose. So how are you going to resolve the issue faced by synchro user?
