Files not syncronize

Hi,

can your provide more details? Do you synchronize DGN to iModel using desktop synchronizer (and in such case, what version), or through ProjectWise?

What product do you use (MicroStation...) and what version?

I do not consider myself an expert, but two things interested me:

• It is mentioned that somebody (identified by an e-mail) is also synchronizing the same iModel. I think it is not recommended the same iModel is updated from more sources.
• Network addresses in file location. Are DGN files placed locally or on server on some shared folder (not mapped to drive letter).

Hi, I m using OBD version 10.08.00.44 and currently using itwin synchronizer (desktop) latest version 1.1.353.

• yes, one of the file 's problem is stating tht the account is still in used, unfortunately, the account has long been terminated, but the notification is still there. 
• the dgn files are placed in the server on shared folder. 

Any advice? 

We can work normally and jz fine with other files, only this few files got issue

It sounds like the synchronization was not finished and the lock from the old account is still active.

It would probably require to analyze complete log (desktop synchronizer allows to save logs, so they can be send e.g. to Bentley support), but I would start with cleaning of all relics like .i.dgn files, mentioned in the error info.

Yes, I have started to do file cleaning one by one since I havent found much more faster way
