Hi, I am having problem with few file synchronizing with itwin. We already tried with a few pc's and have already submit a service request on this.
But no one reached us yet, we will need to do submission, but error keeps on appearing.
anyone can suggest any solution?

can your provide more details? Do you synchronize DGN to iModel using desktop synchronizer (and in such case, what version), or through ProjectWise?
What product do you use (MicroStation...) and what version?

Hi, I m using OBD version 10.08.00.44 and currently using itwin synchronizer (desktop) latest version 1.1.353.
Any advice?
We can work normally and jz fine with other files, only this few files got issue

It would probably require to analyze complete log (desktop synchronizer allows to save logs, so they can be send e.g. to Bentley support), but I would start with cleaning of all relics like .i.dgn files, mentioned in the error info.
Yes, I have started to do file cleaning one by one since I havent found much more faster way
