Attaching local Geolocated Reality Mesh

1. Create a new 3D dgn file in MicroStation-based product.

2. Define GCS (Geographic Coordinate System) already known (Utilities-> Geographic -> Coordinate System)

3. Select GCS only from Projected (northing, easting…) Library

4. Attach local Reality Mesh to Dgn file. (Attach> Reality Mesh>Attach mesh)

5.Select 3Sm\3Mx file and attach it from a local directory (ProjectWise Directory for Hosted ProjectWise Automation Service workflow)

If reality data has geolocation then you can also use option Attach and apply Geographic Coordinate System

If GCS of Reality data is different than GCS defined in step2, then it will give ask for reprojection of the DGN.

6. Turn ON Bing map from View Attribute to Verify data is at the correct location.  Once all data is placed in the correct location, it is ready to be published into the iModel. 

Limitation:  local 3MX attachment uploaded to ContextShare is not supported using the Hosted ProjectWise Automation Service workflow.  We recommend using iTwin Synchronizer to process 3MX data to iModel.
