1. Use MicroStation with Descartes or ContextCapture Editor
2. Create Workset associated with your ProjectWise Project (Connect Project)
3. Create new 3D dgn file in Microstation-Descartes and Select Rality Modeling workflow and Load the tools
4. If you are using 3MX file then first Convert it to 3Sm
Home -> Scalable Mesh -> Convert. This tool will convert 3mx to 3SM
5. Once you have 3Sm file upload it to ContextShare using the Upload tool
Deliver -> Export -> Upload
6. Now attach uploaded 3Sm file to 3D Dgn file from Contextshare.
Attach -> Reality Mesh -> Attach Mesh
This will allow you to attach reality mesh from ContextShare connection.
7. Toggle ON “Attach and Apply Geographic Coordinate System” if reality mesh is geolocated this will use the corresponding GCS while attaching mesh.
8. Turn ON Bing map from View Attribute to Verify data is at the correct location. Once all data is placed in the correct location, it is ready to be published into the iModel.
