To analyze and troubleshoot connection issues with iTwin Synchronizer Portal, Bentley requires key information about the Project, iModel, Connection, and Connection job. To facilitate the collection of this necessary information there are links on the Connection page that will copy all relevant information to the clipboard allowing it to be pasted into a Service Request or reply email.
Please use first or both methods to obtain an issue report.
This method will copy all relevant information for an entire connection run and include all Masterfile information.
This method will copy just the information from a single Master file within a connection. If multiple files are run in the same connection the other file information is not included.
