iTwin Synchronizer Install and Launch Logs

When there is an issue with the installation or launching iTwin Synchronizer; product support will need screen captures of any errors presented and the logs.  Collect logging for installation or application start at the locations indicated below. Attach the logs and screen capture to any Service Request created.

Installation Issue Logs

Collect the install logs at the following location for issues with installation:

• C:\Users\%User.Name%\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp\Squirrel-Install.log

Application Start Logs

Collect the application run logs at the following location

• C:\Users\%User.Name%\AppData\Local\iTwinSynchronizer\Squirrel-CheckForUpdate.log
• C:\Users\%User.Name%\AppData\Local\iTwinSynchronizer\Squirrel-Shortcut.log
• C:\Users\%User.Name%\AppData\Local\iTwinSynchronizer\Squirrel-Update.log
• C:\Users\%User.Name%\AppData\Local\Bentley\Logs\iTwinSynchronizer."DATE_VALUE".log
