iTwin Synchronizer Job run Logs

When there is an issue with a connection job running in iTwin Synchronizer; product support will need screen captures of any errors presented and the logs. Collect logging for job runs by using the instructions below. Attach the logs and screen capture to any Service Request created. 

Collecting connection job logs

1. Go to the Gear icon on the top right

2. Go to Save Logs

3. Save the log file.

Notes:

iTwin logs may be too large to attach to a Service Request or and Email. An alternative transfer means may be needed.
