Connector cannot evaluate the expression in those calculated expression item type properties.
As a work around, there is a setting on the item type property called “Use last valid value” (see the image below). This needs to be set to “True” so that the expression’s last calculated value gets stored in the dgn file, which in turn will allow the Connector to be able to see that value and publish it to the iModel.
