This error occurs due to the reference URL is not correct, this usually happens when we move the reference dgn files from one datasource to other.e.g. If company has multiple regional pw-datasources and files are copied around without scanref;inconsistency would be "pw://microsoft-us/headquarter.dgn" instead of "pw://microsoft-india/headquarter.dgn"To resolve this error, run ScanRefs tool from ProjectWise which will update the reference file path. After successful execution of ScanRefs tool, run the job again.
