- The file doesn't exist at the specified location.
- The file name is mistyped.
- The file was moved, renamed, or deleted.
- Insufficient permissions to access the file or directory.
- The network resource where the file resides becomes inaccessible.
Solution:
- Fix the file extension if it is incorrect.
- Ensure the file path is defined correctly and the file can be opened. Correct the file path if not.
- Check if you have sufficient permissions to open the file, and correct the permissions if they are insufficient.

Raster
Error: Dwg_0162
Error message: "Cannot create raster attachment [failed copying file <File_Name>]."
Issue:
- Raster files are missing in the iModel.
- Raster file attachment is not created.
Cause:
- The raster file is deleted or moved from the folder containing the design model.
- The raster file is damaged.
- The raster file is 0 bytes in size.
Solution:
- Double check if the raster file is in the same folder as the design model and is not 0 bite size
- Open the raster file to confirm it is not corrupted.
- See if the raster file name and extension are correct.
Error message: "Failed downloading a raster file from URL or could not find its cached local path!"
Issue:
- Raster files are missing in the iModel.
- Raster file attachment is not created.
