Issue:
- Synchronization was not able to access the datasource to collect files for processing and failed.
Cause:
- You are not authorized to use the document data source, or too many requests have been made in a short period.
Solution:
- Check if the data source server is accessible and fix any connection problems.
- Please get in touch with your data source administrator, who can provide you with the required access to resolve this issue.
- Restart the synchronization.
