Help with Error Message

Hi Dan. Since the error message includes "UserSettings", the first thing I would try is closing Promis.e then renaming the per-user application data folder for Promis.e. You should see a new folder get created when you next start Promis.e, with fresh files added as needed.

If that doesn't help, you can rename the folder back again. And in that case it might be helpful to get the contents of the C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Promise V8i\Config\LastError.txt file.
