How do you insert a cable in substation that changes direction multiple times? My example is I'm off a connector on a static mast and going to another connector on the same static mast and the cable always wants to run through the mast when I insert it by hook point?

You might be able to get what you're after with creative use of manually inserted hook points on the project page (if multiple cable segments is acceptable) or extruding a circle along the desired path of the cable (if a "dumb" element instead of a true cable is acceptable).
