Hi Jonathan. Please see the Error - Not a valid Win32 FileTime article.
Transcription of error message:
Internal ErrorError Message: Not a valid Win32 FileTime.Target site: Int64 ToFileTimeUtc()Declaring Type: System.DateTimeAttributes: publicMember Type: Method
We actualy have the same settings as the article you refer..
Is there something on ours network that can influence thoses settings ?
When you say you have the same settings, does that mean you checked the settings on the user's machine?
Is the new user configured to use the same SQL Server and database as the other users?
Is the project in the same path on the server as other users? Can other users successfully create a page in that project?
Yes I check the settings on user's machine.
If with my computer try to add a new pages on the same project, in my side it work but not his side
Ok, it sounds like you using the same project database and project path as the new user, so it would not seem to be a server problem. So the next steps are to try to identify the problem file(s). It would seem that the file is unique to this user and so may be located on their workstation (versus a shared file on the network). Testing other workflows might narrow down the list of suspect files. Can the user open existing pages? Insert symbols, draw wires?
Maybe the error message is occurring because the timestamp of some file is corrupted or has some impossible value. When the problem is with creating a new page, I think of the template/seed file on which new page drawings are based, or perhaps the ProjectOptions.xml file for the project, which would populate the New Page dialog. However, since you are not getting the error message, the ProjectOptions.xml file does not seem to be the cause. Is the System Paths area of the new user's Setup dialog pointing to a local folder for Templates path?
Does the error message occur before the New Page dialog appears, or after clicking OK on the New Page dialog?
