New catalog add

Dear Long,

Typically all the raceway catalogs are in the below mentioned locations.

Imperial: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\BRCM\WorkSpace\Projects\datasets\imperial\std_dataset\raceway

Metric: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\BRCM\WorkSpace\Projects\datasets\metric\std_dataset\raceway

These paths may be different if you have installed BRCM in a different directory and not in the default one.To import the catalog that you have, you need to copy all the files to appropriate directory mentioned above. Kindly note that you need to copy out the contents of the various folders as well. This is because all the CAT and DNA files should be in the root of '\raceway' folder. After that you need to add the entry for the Oglaend catalog in the LIB_Raceway.xml.
