Hello,
I'm working through some training documents on Bentley Learn, and one of the steps mentions changing the Project to their QuickStart project on the File Open window.
However, when I try to do this, the three dropdown menus in the bottom-left corner (User, Project, and Interface) are all greyed out, so I can't make any changes.
I've done a fair bit of research, and haven't found any possible explanation. Please let me know if there are any ideas.

Hi John. Just to confirm - you are able to see the User, Project, and Interface fields on the File Open dialog? On mine, they kind of look grayed out but I can still operate them.
Are you able to open any DGN file with BRCM?
If you already have opened a drawing after selecting a project on File Open, you would have to use File > Close to see the User, Project, and Interface fields on the File Open dialog and switch projects. So the fields are usually either visible and accessible or not visible.
Hi Matt. Yes, I can see the three fields, but they are definitely greyed-out and I am unable to interact with them. I can open a .dwg file, but cannot select the Project.
Solution found - it turns out that we had a config file that was automatically setting the Project and preventing modification. We weren't aware until we asked the right person.
