BRCM auto route failure when using cable trench

Dear Sir,

I am trying to use auto route to connect the cable with equipment. The cable list and equipment map are imported sucessfully. the auto route could be realized when I use conduit, cable tray. However, whenever I use cable trench, the routing failed, showing could not find the way. I use accure-draw and believe all the connection is fine, and also test the connectivity in raceway model. It shows find the connection fine. 

I have tried to search the answer, all voltage level set to LV. just make the simplest connecting between the two equipment using cable trench is not possible. although connectivity shows Ok!

Would really appreciate if could give help! Almost crazy !
