Hello,One of my users is having a problem with the "Export to DWG" functionality in PromisE. Specifically, when they select a page from a project in Project Manager, and click File->Export to DWG nothing happens. Normally, there is a pause, and informational messages are displayed in the PromisE status bar in the lower left corner. This behavior just began yesterday for this user. He's quit and restarted PromisE and even rebooted.On the other users' systems, attempts to export are successful.Promis.e V8i (SELECTseries 8)Version 08.11.13.130

Hi Chris,We would like to know the Message that you receive in your message center or any Error Message that you get. We tried the same on our side and we were able to generate the PDF. Hence kindly share the Screen Shot of the Message Center details or the Error Message that you receive which will help us better understand the issue you are facing.Regards,Satish Saptasagar
That's the problem. The user is getting no errors at all, either in the status display or the Message Center. It just silently fails to perform the export operation.
