Getting started with 2D export (BRCM Connect)

Hi All,

I am very new to this whole 3D to 2D export thing.

Is there like a step by step guide to create a (printable) 2D export from the trianing project?

    Hi Philip,

    In BRCM you can generate 2D Extraction drawings for Raceways drawings. The steps for the same are as below. (You can open the OOTB project for the 2DX_US DGN in which 2D extraction can be carried out).

    1. Go to Detail Design >> 2D Extraction >> 2D Extraction.




    2. Next select all the Raceways for which you need generate the 2D Extraction. Then you will get the 2D Extraction for the Raceways as seen in below image.
