hi all, i keep getting this error on a fresh new project
any ideas why?

The error message indicates a discrepancy between the database and the drawing. I would try Update Page to see if that resolves the error. If not, let Validate Page delete the error item.
It's hard to say why this happened. It seems like the wire was partially deleted or perhaps partially copied. Are you saying that it keeps happening after you've fixed it?

After a update its ok, but then a place another part pr draw a wire it happens again
I think it maybe a bad symbol??
Could be. You could try cutting and pasting the contents of the page to a new page (see Copying Circuits) and see if the problem follows. If it does, you could copy the project and then try identifying the problem entity by deleting sections of the contents of the page until the error stops happening.
If you want to upload a backup of the project you can use the Secure File Upload method. Be sure to reply in this thread if you upload it.
