Problem Description

When I try to move a symbol on a page, only the text moves and the graphics remain in the original position.

Steps to Resolve

1. Select Tools > Levels > Level Manager from the main pull down menus.
2. Right-click any column header on Level Manager and enable the Lock column.
3. Locked levels will have a padlock icon in the Lock column. Unlock every level except for the following levels which should remain locked:
   ECT_PAGE_TITL_GRAF
   ECT_PAGE_TITL_LOGO
   ECT_PAGE_FRAME
   ECT_PAGE_LADD
   ECT_PAGE_LINENUMBER_REGION
   ECT_PAGE_LINENUMBER_TEXT
   ECT_PAGE_ZONE_REGION
   ECT_PAGE_ZONE_TEXT
   
   
4. Try to move the symbol.
5. If the symbol still does not move, modify it in [[Create Symbol]] and ensure none of the elements are on any of the levels listed in step 3, which are reserved for title block and page format use. Element Information (CTRL+I) and Change Element Attributes (Tools > Properties > Change Attributes > Change Element Attributes) can be used to move elements to other levels. Symbol geometry is usually on the ECT_DGRM_GRAF level.
