An alternative to using Project Publisher to create PDF files is to use the platform's printing features. This is useful if the ability to Navigate on published PDF files is not required. Since the processing required for creating the navigation is not required, printing to PDF is typically faster. There may also be additional settings available in the printing feature not available in Project Publisher.
