There are multiple Raceway systems which consist of Cable Ladder, Cable basket, Cable Tray, and Conduit. Each raceway system can be assigned a Raceway ID by defining a macro comprised of different types of attributes. Different attributes of the raceway system include the voltage level (LV, MV, CTRL, IW, COM) , Raceway Type, Position and other such attributes. The Position Attribute depicts the Raceway position in the grid found in the Raceway Router dialog. The position is defined by the column name and row number such as” A1”, “ B1 “.
This document explains the steps that should be followed while assigning Raceway ID’s to raceway systems and how the Position Attribute can be added to Raceway IDs.
