The Update Page tool attempts to synchronize the data in the project database with the data found on the drawing for the page. This operation is not normally needed but may resolve incorrect displayed data or unusual behavior, or issues found by Validate Page.
From the Tasks or ribbon area, select Manage > *Maintenance > Update Page
or right-click the page in Project Manager and select Update Page
Select Manage > Update Page
* is used to denote a menu selection that is not necessary for some versions or platforms.
