Certain dialogs or toolboxes will not open or are missing in Promis.e V8i Standalone / MicroStation / PowerDraft. In past cases, affected items included Print Organizer, Tasks, or the File/Edit/Element... menu bar. In one case, the main application window itself would not appear, only the Welcome dialog and Project Manager would appear even after opening a page.In one case, the Draw Wire tool would always start wires at the origin (0,0) of the page while Place Line and Insert Symbol worked correctly.
The items could be off screen, or there could be corruption in user preference files.
