convert XFM to SQL Server 2008 spatial

Question

I would like to know how to convet Bentley Map (dgn) to SQL server 2008 R2 database, is there any batch files are available, please give the guidance.

Currently we have no means such as the DGN2SDO tool that we provide for Oracle. If you are using a relational ( not spatial) interface, thus not storing the geometry in the database, you can just move the tables over to SQL Server via some of the available tools. 
 
If this is for an existing spatial database, then you may have to use FME to move this from Oracle to SQL Server. 
 
If there currently is no database involved and you just have graphics, you could use the DGN2DO tool, push it up to a Oracle Express database and then use FME to move it over the SQL Server.
