I did not understand if the seed.dty file is to be copied in the same directory of the program or may be or can be copied in other directories (for example C:\Bentley_Project). In addision in my configuration variable is not present the MS_GEOCOODINATE_USERLIBRARIES VARIABLE and so I have create it. Neverthless, when start Bentley Map and open Select Coordinate system is not present custom library. What is the detailed procedure to resolve this point?
Please make sure the entire path and file name is defined for the configuration variable. Also please rename the custom library to something that is more appropriate to your situation ( mygcs.dty for example). Once you point to this, then copy a existing projection / coordinate system to the new library and edit the one in the new library. When you distribute this library (dty) file to others, they also need to have the configuration variable set so they can see the new library.

You need to define the full path AND file name for the configuration variable.
c:\mypath\myfile.dty.
From the screen shot you have just the path to the folder, you need to add the trailing slash and then the file name. It should work then.
but the configuration variable is yet presentin Bentley Map or shold be created? In configuration variable is present MS_GEOCORDINATE_EDITUSERLIBS accociate to seed.dty but i creta MS_GEOCORDINATE_USERLIBRARIES variable because it's not present by default in Bentley Map. So, in screenshots now MS_GEOCORDINATE_USERLIBRARIES variable is accociate to Pierparide.dty but the problem persist.

You are right the MS_GEOCOORDINATE_USERLIBRARIES is not defined by default, you need to define it.
