HEC-RAS Floating Point Grid (.flt)

I am wanting to do a floodplain study in HEC-RAS using the new RAS Mapper extension. Unfortunately to do so, you have to have your terrain data in a .flt (floating-point grid) format. Can Bentley Map, Microstation, or Geopk generate a terrain file like this from a DEM/DTM?
