I am trying to create a custom geographic coordinate system. I was able to copy the closest system to its own folder, but I am unable to edit the file.
I understood that Bentley Map was now included in OpenRoads SS3, which is what I am using? Do I need Bentley Map?
Second question. Once I figure out how to edit the file, I need to drop the first number off the northing. How do I do that? Which setting should be modified?

It's not impossible that we just forget to bring this Bentley Map functionnalities within Civil environment. Will verifiy that on our side to make sure. Meanwhile, if you can copy a GCS, you should be able to edit as well. You can't edit a GCS on the fly if I can permit. That true that we allow you to put your mouse cursor into the field, but those fields are read-only. To edit a GCS, you should right click on it, and select edit as shown in the screen shot below >
