Display Problem with Polygon Collection and 3D Shapes

Hi,

we changed from Bentley Map SS2 to SS3 and have a Problem with polygon collections containing 3d shapes.

The problem is that we are not able to see the shape element (subFeature from the polygon collection) but the polygon collection itself.

And polygon collection seems to be co-planar (lying on a plane), whereas the SELECTSeries 2 equivalent (Assoc. Regions) are displayed correctly in 3D.

Actually we know that 3d (non co-planar) is not handled as valid geometries in Bentley Software, but we have these geometries (for example boundaries of roads) in our database.

When for example a roads goes up and down, the polycon collection is a planar shape, but the subfeature shape is not planar and not visible. We can select the non planar shape element and it's displayed as a shadow lying underneath or over the correct displayed collection. It's quite dangerous for our CAD work since one might snap the wrong (polygon collection) element and get a wrong position and elevation.
