XFM Features in Microstation

If you see this behaviour at one reference file only, I guess it's probably not this case.
• The design file content was created as XFM objects or MicroStation elements were promoted (converted) to be XFM objects.

Thanks for the input. I'm going to assume I activated Map and that's what caused the issue.

You can remove the XFM attributes from the elements by using the Export to MicroStation Elements command in the Map Manager.  To do this, initialize Bentley Map, open the Map Manager, then right-click on the Layer that you need to change.  Select the Export... option and make your selections on the dialog box.
