Insert Vertex in Map SS3 different

Hello,

since we changed from Bentley Map SS2 to SS3 we're not able to insert a vertex at the end / the beginning of a line. When I activate Insert Vertex and snap the last or first Point of a line, the vertex will be added into the last or first segment of this line instead of creating a new segment and adding it to the existing line. That Looks like on the following screenshot:

You see the Point that I snapped (crosshair) and the new Point that will be added inside the lineString element. Previously (SS2) a new Point could be set as the endpoint of the line. It's still working with line elements that have no Feature, like the following example:

I hope it's some kind of options I forgot to set and I'm thankful for any hint.
