I trying to create a sql server 2012 spatial database connection to map. could someone help me?

Hello Bulbul,

This is a bit to much general to answer the question clearly. You get a few options, based on your workflow or based on the goal. I think I would first refer you to the Bentley Map Help documentation and the "Working with Spatial Database" section.
