Bentley Map Enterprise v8i (SELECT series3)

Question

I can not create a database for my map in Bentley Map. Can you guide me to create it ?

Hello, Jerry Walter first of all I thank you for replying to my question. 
 I currently have a map including land parcels but no attribute data. And I want to create a data attribute to it in Bentley Map such as their name and address. I have all their information and I do not know how to create an attribute table and to put all their information. then I could see them in the data browser. I need your help to do this . I thank you very much.
