Viewing attributes in a shape file

There are several ways to visualize the Attributes in a Shapefile using Bentley Map.  The Analyze XFM Feature command displays the attributes of a single feature.  The Browse/Data Browser will show all of the attributes based on your selection criteria (all, view, selection, fence).  The Label command provides the capability to place a text label on the map based on one or more of the attributes. This is available in the Map Manager's context-menu (right-click).  See the attached image for some examples of these methods:
