Attach shp file : Result different with MicroStation SS2 and SS3

Question

Hello, 
 I've an issue when I try to attach a shapefiles (*.shp) in MicroStation 8i SS3 08.11.09.459 (french). 
 I don't see anything. 
 I've done a fit all >> No elements founds 
 Message: 
 Des biblioth&egrave;ques de types d'&eacute;l&eacute;ments externes sont manquantes. Les donn&eacute;es de ces biblioth&egrave;ques ne seront pas accessibles. Biblioth&egrave;ques de types d'&eacute;l&eacute;ments externes manquantes : 
 Libraries of external types of elements are missing. The data from these libraries will not be available. Libraries of type of external elements missing 
 Ustn_ElementParams.01.00 DTMElement_TemplateExtender_Schema.01.00 
 With MicroStation SS2 or with Bentley View 08.11.09.459 english it's correct.

Hello, 
 
I've found the solution. 
 
This is caused by a corrupt local profile. Allow microstation to recreate local profile by deleting the local files and then regenerate these. 
 
I've restored the microstation's preference and all is ok now. 
 
I've used the ustation.exe -restoredefaults command
