Yes, there are documented examples in the Bentley Cloud Services Overview article. These are described from the CONNECT edition perspective, but they offer so many benefits that we decided to back-port them to the V8i editions where it seemed like a good thing to do.

Thanks for the insight that BME is yet to become a 64-bit application.
Are the CONNECTION client Options documentation that you have shared, the only cloud based functionalities in BME SS4?

SRG, more properly stated Bentley Map Enterprise V8i (SELECTseries 4) 08.11.09.713 is still a 32-bit V8i application. It does contain CONNECT Services, provided by the CONNECTION Client which is the cloud-based functionality referred to in the Help document.

True CONNECT editions are based on a 64-bit architecture, built on the version 10.xx.xx.xx PowerPlatform.
