Error about setting level in GSA

Hi all,

Have any one can help me with below issue:

I set level for a point cell feature (Khuchucnangp) as image 7.jpg. But when I import the feature from file geodatabase to Bentley map I see that all the map Items are not be set by the level as GSA (level: Khuchucnangp), they get some different levels from created cell(8.jpg). I wish all them in only level that was be set (Khuchucnangp) Do you known how to set it?

(ps: Because of my some cells was be created with some different color parts (9.jpg), and I want to keep the colors as design, so I must disable "override cell symbology" in GSA)

You have to understand how Microsation uses cells graphic and level properties when you define your cells.
Are you aware of the different techniques?

Hi Frank Klein,

May be I haven't really known clearly about cells graphic in Bentley Map. In my local, every ones still use Microstation SE and Arcgis and the cell library was be get from that old version of Microstation with some editing by me about cell type, cell color...
Do you have any idea to help me set all the items in only level that was be set and keep the colors as design? Or any other better solution to manage them?

You really have to share the cell library so someone my look at the cell definitions.
For your better understanding use the Microstation forum search to see how cells can be designed in the different manner Microstation support such graphic elements since V8 (Point Cells, Graphic Cells, the and of course the use of the "default level" when creating Cells in common)

Hello,

For sure, as you said, if you uncheck "Override Cell Symbology", none of define symbology in Geospatial administrator will Override native symbology define by Cell model. As workaround, I would suggest to keep this option check and set criteria for color = 0. For Criteria, 0 mean false and it won’t override color defined and use the color from cell. all other symbology will override.
