 I downloaded Bentley Map Mobile for Windows 05.05.01.69, but it seems it cannot be installed. The installer always ended with error, but BMM for Windows Technology Preview 1 was installed at the same tablet without problem.

It&amp;#39;s quite funny issue, because it&amp;#39;s really rare situation I installed BMM to computer without other Bentley products installed at this time ... many installations exist on all my other machines ;-)&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;yes, it&amp;#39;s correct, I downloaded the installation package from Fulfillment center.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I installed BMM for Windows to ThinkPad 8 tablet with Windows 10 (fully updated), where no other Bentley software is installed (seems to be important condition).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The problem is quite clearly described in the installation log:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;pre class="brush: plain; fontsize: 100; first-line: 1; "&gt;Product: Bentley Map Mobile -- Error 1721. There is a problem with this Windows Installer &lt;br /&gt;package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your &lt;br /&gt;support personnel or package vendor. Action: ActivationWizard, location: &lt;br /&gt;C:\Program Files\Bentley\MapMobile\, command: &lt;br /&gt;C:\Program Files\Bentley\MapMobile\ActivationWizard.exe &lt;/pre&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The full log is attached.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After I found this message, the solution was easy: I installed Navigator CONNECT Edition, so ActivationWizard.exe was presented, and after that Bentley Map Mobile installed without any problem. I checked also antivirus log, but I did not find anything unusuall (e.g. that ActivationWizard.exe was removed by the antivirus).&lt;/p&gt;

I suppose you have downloaded the setup file from fulfillment center.If yes, then you should not face that error because I tried same on my system and its working fine.&lt;br /&gt;

I installed it on Windows 8 , can you please let me know on which OS you are trying to install Bentley Map Mobile ? &lt;br /&gt;
