I am pasting the WKT value for one record from the CSV file used to import the polygon with a VRT file:

Is there a PBA expression that I can use to annotate each vertex?

Or import as a polygon and also a point feature. 2 separate imports.

I would like to test your CSV file, can you paste a section of it here?

Have your tried using the Text String Labeling options in Map Manager?

Sebastien is correct in that Polygon Feature vertices by default aren't included. If your values are part of the CSV file, then it's possible they could be labeled similar to the way Point Features are labeled.

Hello,

If the goal is to be able to see coordinates of vertexes, you can enable "running coordinates" and you will see the coordinates by snapping on vertex (in master units).
Otherwise, we cannot label directly vertexes from polygon. You will need to create a separate Point feature (Cell or Text) for existing vertexes then display label for each one.
