Can not set rotate for cell feature that registerde feature from *.gdb file

Question

Hi all, 
 Hope any one can help to check this *.gdb file. 
 I have a problem with the *.gdb file that be attached below. I want to set cell angle for all items of "Nhap" adjust to "huongDoHinhNha" properties values. But the result is all my cells get active angle (=0). I don't know what wrong with my data. all text features working very well.

Hello. 
 Your screenshot suggests to me you do not use the right connection method to database. Since you defined "huongDoHinhNha" as angle for "NhaP" feature, this column is reserved for the angle value and it should not display in data browser in Map. If you still see it, and features still display with angle = 0, I could only suspect you use "New Connection" instead of "Open Connection" (folder icon). In my screen capture, my registered connection named: MySebConnection. 
 Cell and Text features are display properly with their defined angle when I used my registered connection define in the GeoSpatial Administrator schema.
