Raster Manager is standard part of Bentley Map, so it's not quite clear what your problem is and what do you want to achieve.

Would you be so kind to provide more details about your issue?

• What do you mean by "use Raster Manager"
• By "Bentley Map Standard", so you mean "Bentley Map for MicroStation" or "Bentley Map Standalone".
• What Bentley Map version (build number) do you use?
