Hi Link,

You need to request access to Service Request Manager from the Account Administrator in your company to be able to login that service.

Check the following Wiki and try the suggested Solution.
MicroStation VBA crashes on startup after Microsoft Office 365 monthly/current channel updates

If the update does not fix then try the Box file workaround.

As the picture shows it should be files there but it dosent write any files there

one folder thats there is " prefs" and two txt files " DirectoryExplanation " " shortcut "

Stella Map V8i (SELECTseries 3) a Bentley product.

i dont know much about the application. but the publisher for the stella map i s Bentley

Can you tell us more about Stella map? The only reference I can find is a town in Italy.
