I have downloaded and installed the application. I have been using Map thru a few previous versions. I only use it for the database connection from Microsoft Access to display text as needed on a floorplan.
I have it working and connected to the database but am missing a tool.
So my question is this - Will the command "DIALOG TEXTDB" be placed back into the program in a future update? This is what I use to display the text in my dgn file. The dialog is still referenced in the help file.
If this has been truncated then please consider placing it back in. Or is there another method for displaying text that I am overlooking?
For the first release there are several areas that were not ported from V8i to CONNECT Edition. These are being evaluated for inclusion in a later release. The only solution for now would be to continue using V8i. As for the documentation - its a work in progress and is being continuously updated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
