I´ve seen that Bentley Map for MicroStation would be replaced and the standalone version will be the only one available in recent posts. Does it happen already? I cannot find a Bentley Map platform=MicroStation in my activation key...
The 'change' of providing only Map Standalone occurs in the CONNECT Editions. Bentley Map V8i (SELECTseries) editions remain available to be licensed via Standalone or For MicroStation. If you have adopted the CONNECT Edition, please file a Service Request so that your Bentley Account Manager can be advised.

In my opinion "replaced" is not the right term. Bentley Map for MicroStation (layered product) will not be released in CONNECT Edition version, so there is no replacement, maybe better to say it's removal.

Yes, because Bentley Map CONNECT Edition is available.

Maybe it depends when the license was created and it includes standalone version respecting the fact there is no "for MicroStation" option in CE version.

if I understand well:
- my Bentley Map for MicroStation Select series 1 would be available, even there is BM CE available. (Yes/No)
- My (complex) solution is tuned for BM4MS SS1. My activation key was created for renewal as of 1.1.2018 and it included BM4MS license. so if the BM4MS SS1 license is not available now, Bentley will add it back? (Yes/No?)

Hi. Jan is right, this particular version of Bentley Map is no longer available on CONNECT Edition. The FAQ sticky post had a note about this, I am copying the answer here:
There will be two options. Implement Bentley Map Standalone (soon to be called just Bentley Map). Or implement Bentley Map Enterprise. Details on how to do this will be forthcoming through your Bentley account manager.
