What is the easiest way to copy all attributes from one object to group of another? I need to do this because I transfer project from 3D win programm to this one and now same object have different attributes.
If I understand you correctly, you'd like to copy the symbology settings from one feature to another? The Geospatial Administrator does not provide tools to copy or import content from one feature to another. One solution is to open the XML in a product such as NotePad++ and copy/paste the sections needed. In the attached image, I've hightlighted the content in the Symbology node. Please be sure that you have a current backup copy of your schema before editing it with any external editor.
thank you for quick response. As English is not my native language and I use program in Finnish could be that I explained in a wrong way. I made screenshot where as an example 2 poly lines. I need to copy all attributes from one to another.

Inga provided very detail description of XFM.
My question is: Where the feature tree at the right side comes from? This is not default Bentley Map feature, the features structure has to be defined somehow somewhere ... and I am sure it comes from XFM project defined by ... who? Using GSA (see Geospatial Administrator in Inga's explanation) both the feature structure and the features properties (level, color...) are defined. So this project definition is the source (or somebody who defined it and created the project) to decide how to work with features (elements).

As I work here for 1 month and it is hard to figure out who made this main project because of the workers migration I am not able to answer for all your questions) I have this main project and I suppose to add new objects from surveying to this main map. Will read manuals then when have an extra time
many thanks

It sounds not very good. Because XFM project evidently exists, somebody had to use GSA and to define all features, which is not quite simple task. In parallel, feature definition had to be defined somwhere (often Excel sheets are used). Without knowing the project rules, in my opinion it's nearly imposible to modify / extend the project without breaking the data.

Does it mean you start Bentley Map with defined User and Project setting?

If there are features for the surveying defined in the feature tree (docked at right on your screen), it should be as simple as just double click the feature name, because "double click on feature" is "I want to place this feature" default action in Bentley Map.
To add data in any other way (e.g. using standard MicroStation tools, changing symoblogy manually etc.) is wrong and probably makes the project data messy, dirty and unusable.
But it's just my guess, because all rules how to work with the project have to be defined somewhere and can be very different project from project and customer from customer.

It does not. Bentley map was installed to my pc and all settings I made myself. This project available for all workers.
