New and Changed in OpenCities Map CONNECT Edition Update 3

  • Make Active for Edit now takes advantage of MicroStation's in-place editing for attached references. This change enables you to use the Activate and Deactivate options via the Reference dialog.
  • A Map Topology workflow has been added which contains Topology Cleanup and Topology Creation tools.
  • FME from Safe Software can now be used to import other formats into Map and Map Enterprise editions. Access FME from the Import or Export categories found in the backstage.
  • The Map Modeling workflow contains 3D Smart Editing and Textures tools.
