Good question. We've no specific plans for a Bentley Map SU1 Beta release at this time. However if there is significant demand for one we may consider posting a "WIP" or "Early Adopters" build to SELECTservices sometime early in Q2. Any takers?

We are planning to release Bentley Map V8i SU1 (SELECT Update 1) at the end of Q2 this summer which is scheduled to include:

Labeling and Annotation Support
Join Support (e.g. XFM > XFM, XFM > RDBMS, XFM > Oracle Spatial etc...).
Automatic Legend Generation tools integrated with Print Preparation and Map Manager applications.
Attribute Reporting and Data Browser support for Spatial Analysis (e.g. buffers, overlays) results.
