Editing Custom Coordinate Systems

I think you should move your question (use More > Move tool under your original post) to civil forum, because if and how other products features are integrated into particular product is defined by the product management.

The question of OCM (OpenCities Map / Bentley Map) in ORD was discussed already in civil forum several times (e.g. here). I remember it was told that BM functionality will be not part of ORD, but I am not able to find this discussion now, so I think you should move the post to civil forum and to discuss whether it's possible to edit custom GCS in ORD or not (which in fact does not strictly depends whether BM is bundled with ORD or not).
